The intent of this document is to provide the user with comprehensive information on the suitability of ordinary Portland cement (OPC) as a barrier in CCUS applications. This document is not intended to be an exhaustive or prescriptive tool; rather, it contains information to increase knowledge and assist industry in the safe and long-term reliability of OPC in CCUS applications The studies cited in this bulletin were performed with OPC that met the requirements of API 10A.
