Full Description

This Standard applies to hard-drawn, high-tensile steel wire made from patented high-carbon steel and intended for use in prestressed concrete, either as-drawn or in the stress-relieved condition, and either round or deformed by indenting or by crimping. This Standard provides for two types of stress-relieved wire, namely, normal stress-relieved wire and low-relaxation stress-relieved wire. See more
