Full Description

Tabulates dimensions of circular, plain, screwed, blank, boss, integrally cast or forged, and welding neck type flanges for ranges of pipe and valve up to 3000 mm nominal size. Flanges in grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, spheroidal or nodular graphite iron, copper alloy, and cast or wrought steel, together with relevant material specifications are included. Temperature-pressure ratings are given for each table of flanges ranging from -200 degrees Celsius to 525 degrees Celsius and pressures up to 19 300 kPa. Methods of attachment of flanges are also given. Recommendations on the selection of bolting and method of making flanged joints are included. For bolting see AS 2528. See more
