The Operator Training Committee of Ohio, Inc. (OTCO), is the designated operator training agency for the State of Ohio. This paper focuses on peer groups, continuity, innovation, role models, faith and confidence, mentoring, and involvement as the foundation of the training vehicle. Current activities and objectives are presented.
