CAN/CGSB 43.151-97 Historical

This standard sets out the requirements for the transport packaging of dangerous goods classed as explosives (Class 1 in accordance with the schedule to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act).

The UN Packing Methods (Appendix A) apply to domestic road, rail and marine shipment. The IMDG Code applies to international marine transport.

The testing and evaluation of a product against this standard may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous.
