1 Scope and object

1.201 Scope This standard applies to ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY of MEDICAL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT and MEDICAL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, hereinafter referred to as EQUIPMENT and SYSTEMS, respectively.
