This Standard defines minimum energy efficiency and performance requirements for light emitting diode (LED) lamps with an ANSI or IEC standardized base that are designed to connect to a low-voltage or branch circuit via a lampholder. The criteria in this Standard apply to both integral LED lamps of non- standard form, and to those intended to replace standard general service incandescent lamps, decorative (candelabra-style) lamps, and reflector lamps.
