Scope

This part of ISO/IEC 10025 specifies a set of abstract tests for verifying that implementations of ISO/IEC 8073 transport protocol conform to the requirements specified in this protocol.

This part of ISO/IEC 10025 provides

(a) partial PIXIT proformas for the Abstract Test Suites of the Transport Protocol ISO/IEC 8073:1988 classes 0,2 over CONS and 4 over CLNS,

(b) Abstract Test Suites for the Transport Protocol ISO/IEC 8073:1988 classes 0,2 over CONS and 4 over CLNS,

(c) a list of the test cases contained in the Abstract Test Suites.

The partial PIXIT proformas are to be augmented by the test realizer to become a PIXIT proforma as described in the scope of the partial PIXIT proformas.

The abstract test cases of the test suite are specified using TTCN graphical notation and machine processable TTCN.

The ISO/IEC 10025-2 Test Case List provides the test cases ordered in the same way as in the Abstract Test Suites. It can be used, together with ISO/IEC 9646-5:1994 Annex B, for preparing the PCTR proformas. See more
