1.Scope
1.1 This Standard provides minimum requirements for laminated thermoset sheets intended for decorative purposes. The core of the sheet is paper, impregnated with a thermoset condensation resin and consolidated under heat and pressure of not less than 5 MPa. They are intended only for interior uses in such app lications as counters and tabletops, furniture and cabinets, bathroom and kitchen work surfaces, desk tops, wall panelling, partitions, doors, etc.
1.2 One or both sides of the laminated sheet have decorative colour or design except backing laminate which may have no decorative side. See more
