The IADC Incident Statistics Program (ISP), launched in 1962, is the most comprehensive, continually updated source for accident and safety incidence data for the global drilling industry. This book details annual drilling safety data for each of the years 2010 through 2014.

For each of these years, the data is broken out by global location, onshore vs offshore, as well as by month, occupation, body part, incident type, equipment, operation, location on the rig, employee time on the job, time of day and age.
