Scope

The amendment mainly aims to recommend cold start methods of power transformers filled with natural ester fluids. The scope for the amendment is shown as follows: -- Requirements for properties of natural ester fluids under cold conditions. -- Cold start procedure of natural ester-filled power transformers. -- Fluid warming procedures. -- Operation requirements for the transformer's mechanically operated devices.
