Purpose

This document is intended to provide guidelines and priorities related to standards development, especially for ongoing and future working groups in the areas of generation, transmission, distribution, and end use of electricity. In particular, this document will be a resource for the IEEE SA in providing detailed information on the anticipated evolution of equipment and operating procedures in these areas.
