Though closed water systems are present in almost every building, they often get the least amount of attention but can cause significant pain if not treated properly. Closed loop systems require different water treatment solutions based upon initial design considerations and future operational requirements.  This seminar will discuss the lessons learned when the designs and the chemistry and the operation collide and disrupt building operation, often years after construction has moved on.  The forgotten closed loops can always pop up with problems at the worst times!
