Major Health Partners Wellness Center and YMPCA provides Shelbyville, Ind., and nearby rural communities with a multitude of health and wellness initiatives, facilities and amenities. The building project used a geothermal heating and cooling system with a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS), pool conditioning and heat recovery components and other innovative technologies to optimize energy efficiency and the well-being of occupants.
