Four sizes of butyrometer for testing milk, homogenized milk, sterilized milk or dried milk, one size for cream, one size for cheese, one size for skim milk, separated milk, buttermilk or whey. Two types of rubber stoppers for the butyrometers; pipettes for use with milk, sulphuric acid, amyl alcohol; automatic measures for sulphuric acid and amyl alcohol; a funnel for weighing cream or cheese; requirements for centrifuge.
